Reporting to the Executive Director of the Nathan Adelson Hospice Foundation, the Development Associate is responsible for assisting in and supporting fundraising operations within the Nathan Adelson Hospice Foundation.
Actively supports and promotes the hospice’s vision, mission and overall philosophy.
Reporting to the Executive Director of the Nathan Adelson Hospice Foundation (NAHF), the Philanthropy Officer leads many of the strategic functions of the Nathan Adelson Hospice Foundation, especially major gifts and planned giving, as well as direct mail and annual appeals, grant funding, stewardship and donor engagement. Responsible for significant facets of the Foundation to insure long term sustainability. Focus is on developing relationships with key stakeholders and qualified prospects that will ultimately lead to a financial investment in supporting the programs at Nathan Adelson Hospice.
This position functions to develop and implement strategies to obtain major gifts (gifts in excess of $1,000) and estate gifts from donors to Vegas PBS. This position works closely with the Vegas PBS President and General Manager and Southern Nevada Public Television (SNPT) Board Members. This position is directly responsible to the President and General Manager or designee, Vegas PBS.
The Director of Engagement provides professional expertise and support to the Fund Development Committee of the council’s Board of Directors in developing goals and plans to meet the council’s financial goals in keeping with established ethical standards, policies, and guidelines.
The Director of Engagement is responsible for managing the council’s Fund Development, coordinating fundraising campaigns, and identifying potential sources of funds (including individuals, foundations, corporations, annual giving, capital campaign, planned giving, and United Way and other agency supports).

The Fund Development Manager reports to the Chief Communications & Development Officer. She/he is responsible for working with corporations to support the mission of Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada (GSSNV) through program support, philanthropic support, cause marketing, and sponsorships.
Manage all aspects of the Garden’s relationships with corporate and foundation donors and selected government agencies, with revenue generating responsibility for annual operating budget and special initiatives. Work closely with the Visitor Experience & Community Engagement and Desert Horticulture & Conservation teams to identify and develop funding and sponsorship opportunities.
The Development Manager will be a key member of the Development team, highly involved in all aspects of fund development and management, and will be responsible for managing The Mob Museum’s relationships with individual donors, foundations, corporations, and potentially some government agencies. The majority of the Development Manager’s time
will be focused on identifying, soliciting, and stewarding the Museum’s individual, corporate, and foundation donors.
