Candlelighters is looking for an Institutional Giving and Grants Manager to lead our corporate giving and institutional grant fundraising efforts. This role builds relationships with funders, researches funding opportunities, writes and submits proposals, solicits corporate support, and prepares final reports for annual and special project funding campaigns.

The Chief of Development (CD) will be the architect and driver of this new standalone Development Department. Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this leader will inherit a core team already experienced in grants, outreach, volunteer management, and special events, while also taking on an established grants program that has consistently delivered results.

The Associate Director of Gift Planning is a mid-level position within the Gift Planning program, alongside the Director of Gift Planning. The primary purpose of the position is to provide Division-wide support for Directors of Gift Planning to achieve their annual Gift Activity goals.
