After-School All-Stars Las Vegas (ASASLV) is one of the leading national after-school program providers in the country. Our comprehensive school-based programs combine academics, enrichment, and health and fitness activities to help build the knowledge and skills children need to succeed, both in school and in life.

Our mission is to provide free, comprehensive afterschool programs that keep children safe and help them achieve in school and in life. We accomplish this by providing at-risk youth the opportunity to participate in programs that include sports, educational, cultural, and community enrichment components. We partner with 34 different elementary and middle schools throughout the Clark County School District, impacting 4,000 students daily.

Job Summary

ASASLV is currently seeking a resourceful and charismatic individual for the Fundraising Manager position. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive attitude, a tireless work ethic and an insatiable appetite for growth. This position will report to the Executive Director. General Responsibilities include: organize fundraisers and source donors to raise money for the organization. The manager will be assisting the Executive Director with developing fundraising plans, maintaining current donor relationships, securing new donors from corporations and foundations, helping with grant writing and grant management and organizing the organizations two special events.


  • Cultivate new donors and assist with donor stewardship.
  • Assist the Executive Director with developing communication plans to increase donor gifts.
  • Research and identify potential grant opportunities.
  • Assist the Executive Director with grant writing and grant reporting.
  • Manage all phases of the organizations two fundraising events; ASAS Dodgeball Tournament and ASAS Lip Sync Showdown. Analyze performance for effectiveness.
  • Develop working knowledge of Gifts database- Donor Perfect.
  • Become an ambassador for the organization when interacting with donors, stakeholders and the community.
  • Other duties as directed.


  • The successful candidate will be a collaborative, proactive professional with a can-do attitude and strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
  • Two years’ or more experience in fundraising.
  • Excellent communication skills oral, written and public speaking.
  • Minimum computer aptitude required: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook
  • Maintain professional attitude, rapport and appearance with all program stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including working some evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Must have reliable transportation, possess a valid driver’s license and carry current auto insurance.


  • Salary: $55,000 – $65,000, depending on experience
